Welcome! My name is Austin - founder and head writer of TheBasementWarrior.com. I have been a gym fanatic for many years. With a busy schedule and growing family making a trip to the gym just wouldn't cut it anymore.
Over the past 5 years I've been building and upgrading my home gym to accommodate my lifestyle and have accumulated a lot of knowledge on home gym equipment and fitness in general. I created this blog in hopes to inspire and assist those who may be in a similar situation.
