To get the right measurement, you would need to first measure your hand size, your weight and then your height. Here is what i found worked best for me when finding the perfect fitting boxing glove.
Most Everlast gloves are pretty roomy on the inside. Which allows enough space that you hand wouldn’t feel restricted with handwraps on.
This is how you would find the circumference of your hand, where you can take the measurement and refer to the chart.
Finding the right pair, would go the same as for any boxing glove, which we cover in this article. But to give you the quick pointers.
You want it to first define the type of workouts you will be doing. There will be certain types of boxing gloves that are ideal for certain types of workouts that we outlined above.
For exercises primarily being with the heavy bag you would want added responsive padding, like what you would get with the Powerlock 2R.
